First, some more news on The Fable of Shannon Cable front! Check out the Oklahoma Film and Music Office’s press release giving a shout out to our little film that could!
And then, check out the Slackerwood blog article that features our trailer!
The hype is starting to build for our film, and WE CAN’T WAIT FOR PEOPLE TO SEE IT. Can’t make it to Austin for the screening? Have no fear, we plan/hope to get some screenings set up in Oklahoma in the coming months, so stay tuned for that!
In other news, I’ve been busy busy on quite a few projects. Did some shooter work for my friends at Indian Head Pictures. We travelled to the distant land of Stillwater, OK, and found ourselves on a farm filled with Red Dirt musicians at the Gypsy Cafe event presented by the Red Dirt Relief Fund. If you don’t know what that is, check it out.
Here is a photo of some of the musicians just chilling out and jamming together, it was a pretty great experience all around. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
And here’s Brian Gililland interviewing one of the musicians.
Also had the opportunity to work with the lovely ladies of WeerNProduction on a short film called B&E. I worked as the 1st AC/B Camera Operator. Worked under the guidance of Yosuke Shingu, who’s a talented up and comer you need to keep an eye on.
And lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Forza Productions as cinematographer for a commercial for Grand Casino in Shawnee. Had a fantastic time working with them and I think we did a damn fine job with the ad. Can’t wait to see it start airing!
Stay tuned for more cool stuff!
